Youth sign-in
A parent or guardian approves the exact account
Scan the Orchard Youth code and choose youth sign-in. The same public code is used for every starting path.
- The youth scans the Orchard Youth access QR code, enters their name and age group, and—if age 13–17—uses Google once.
- If an eligible verified parent or guardian contact is available, the service attempts to send a secure approval link. Otherwise an administrator reviews the request.
- After one guardian approves, the waiting youth device opens the youth's own schedule.
If no parent or guardian receives the link
The request is already waiting for an administrator. The administrator verifies the exact youth and guardian relationship, then sends the approval or records the guardian's actual offline decision. No schedule or family information is visible while it waits.
Under age 13
Google does not open from a youth-started request. An administrator helps the parent or guardian begin the separate protected process.
Expired, wrong, or lost request
Start again from the same QR code. A new approved request never transfers access between people, and a parent or guardian can withdraw a connected youth sign-in from Youth access.
